Service Special Notes

Thank you so much for your order. We are super excited to custom design your floral and gift experiences.

A couple of housekeeping notes:

• Standard delivery is Monday - Friday, between 3:00pm and 8:00pm. If you would like your delivery completed outside of those hours, please advise. We will absolutely attempt to accommodate the special request.

• Same day gift orders must be placed by 9am est and floral orders placed by 11am est. Orders placed after the same day cutoff time will be completed the next business day. (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays).

• We will deliver to the recipient and address provided in the order. If the recipient is not available, the address is invalid or if the order could not be delivered for reasons outside our control, resulting in a second delivery attempt, the order is subject to an additional delivery fee.

• We make every effort to incorporate all special request. However if the special requested item is not available, we will substitute with a comparable item while maintaining the integrity of the design aesthetic.
